Okay so this a deck that I have been running and it seems to do pretty well. Suggestions and feedback, as always, are appreciated.
Creatures (16) 4 Boon Satyr 4 Briarpack Alpha 4 Horizon Chimera 4 Shambleshark/Skylasher (I still can't decide)
Spells (19) 3 Cyclonic Rift 4 Dissolve 2 Opportunity 2 Rapid Hybridization 4 Simic Charm 4 Syncopate
4 Breeding Pool 8 Forest 9 Island 4 Temple of Mystery
The sideboard, right now, looks something like this: 4x Skylasher/Shambleshark (whichever isn't in the main) 3x Gainsay (against blue decks, obviously) 2x Plummet (Stormbreath, ect.) 4x Triton Tactics (I find them useful as a trick to take out creatures, slow your opponent and because the highest toughness is 3, they are really helpful in many matchups) 2x Rapid Hybridization (to deal with early game threats and Voltron)

I think you need more hybridizations. How do you deal with a creature that hits the battlefield?

Hahaha I just finished my Simic flash deck if you want me to post a deck list and compare Sure, and to Ekann, I run the rest of the playset in the sideboard (which I haven't completely figured out). I don't like running a lot of them because many decks would love to have the 3/3 and I'd rather just counter and return everything they play than give them tokens. It's really a meta game call, IMO, though. Ah. Make sense once I can see the sideboard. However I don't think you need 4x plummet with 4x rapid hybridization. Maybe a 3/3 or 4/2 (total, that is) split would be good.

Ok. I'll check back tomorrow with more advice then, if I remember and have time. I'm too tired now to give anything useful.

Love this list it's similar to where my bant deck started. Couldn't resist the effect of ephara with all them flash creatures in simic though
