Nowhere to go but up, unless you count down

So, I noticed the amount of stars go up the higher rank you have, and the rank goes up with post count. Does this mean, with a certain amount of posts, I get a big rank, like janitor or doctor?
ALso how do I make a group? I want to make a Cult of Skaro.

As far as the ranks go, I can't remember what they specifically are other than the lowest is new member and the highest is god, but I'll be changing them.

As for groups, I'm not sure. I'm not home but when I get to a computer I'll look at it.
