The rules for our community are as follows:
1. Be respectful to other members. If you do not show respect to others, you will not get it in return.
2. While I am the Administrator of the community, the members themselves are the judge, jury, and executioner. If you wrong someone, and the community agrees, you will be punished however the community as a whole sees fit. This applies to myself as well.
3. Have fun!
I myself do not have a problem with cursing. I am okay with it, so long as it is not directed excessively at another member. This is of course subject to public will. If the majority has a problem with it, then it will not be tolerated.

How will the members be the judge, jury, etc? Polls? Posts? Do we have any ideas of how this will work?

A victim posts a trial, presents their evidence (much like before). The community decides whether they are guilty, in clear cut cases, just by consensus. If it seems close to a 50-50 split, by poll. The victim and community recommends a punishment, which the Mods will consider and carry out.

I think pg-13 is more appropriate than pg-9. I think everyone is probably okay with stuff like "ass," even "dick," but once you start getting into racial slurs, anti-semitism/anti-lifestyle terms, f-bombs, 4 letter words that start with a C... I can see people having an issue andnot wanting to see that kind of stuff (myself included when it comes to the bigotry crap) There are youngin's here, too, yo!

I think pg-13 is fair. This isn't the Disney Channel, but I would hate for it to become Magic's equivalent of "/b"
And let's not forget, the game itself was recommended for 13+, yeah?

Yeah, I guess that's true. Still, I'm against the repeated dropping of certain things
