I didn't get to go to the JOU prerelease, but I'm sure some of you did. How did it go? What was the best strategy? Did you win anything?

3-0-1 for me! I called White (along with everyone else apparently) and played B/W (along with everyone else apparently. Like 5 or six others played B/W). Honestly, one of my biggest bombs was {skybind}. I was questioning how it would play, but it always did something ridiculous. Either I blinked around Gary or {Evangel of Heliod} for game, or removed those massive, enchanted {Heroes Bane}s and other fatties. Game me opening to remove their blockers. It was sweet. I ended up loving the constellation mechanic by the end of the prerelease. As far as notable pulls go: {Mana Confluence} and 2 {Deicide}

I remember being pretty disappointed by how slow it looked in the spoilers, but it isn't a fast block...

I had an absolute blast this weekend!
Green finally stopped sucking in limited. Green black was lingering at or near the top tables all 3 prereleases I attended, and is still just as great with blue as it has been.
Constellation is definitely powerful if your deck can support it. It's a lot like heroic in that way. If your deck is almost all enchantments to trigger constellation (like target spells to trigger heroic), it's absolutely brutal. If you only have a couple of spells that trigger the ability, it's incredibly lackluster. But it's easy to get enchantments. For example, take a good look at Pharika. Yeah, she's a god, so she's an enchantment, but look at the snakes. Those bastards are enchantments, too. I got destroyed by Doomwake Giant because of those friggen snakes!
