Quicksilver fountain turns lands into islands, what happens if you have 4 cloudpost out? Do they count as a single island or would they count as 4? I was wondering how that might change a blue artifact deck.

Cloudpost would no longer be a locus. It would be an island. So you would have an island for each one with a flood counter on it. Quicksilver fountain does not state "it is an island in addition to it's other types" it is just an island.
