WHen posting in rules, here's what you need to do!
-Make sure it pertains to the rules category!
-In title, make the situation obvious!
-Explain the situation in detail!
-Link all cards!
And make sure you ask politely. Don't be rude, and make sure none of it is fabricated.
If you can, glance through the rule book before posting in case you can settle the matter all by your lonesome.

All else fails, you can point out relevant oracle text on the card. That's probably how I'll end up doing it for some of the more obscure cards

When on the reply screen, click on the icon with a globe and a sheet of paper on it.
For name, type the name of the card.
For link, paste a link of the picture of a card.
And that's it.
