You discard second..so you will only have seven cards in my upkeep, but it fills your hand every turn and you can filter to what you need.
Did you miss posting a land drop? counting your lands etc. you are one mana short.

Yes. so with my 2 untap triggers I will untap the nantuko twice tapping it for counter in between, but leaving it untapped at the end. Now it's a 5/5. Then I'll play {land tax} and pass 37/7. I'm not at 33 with 4 comander damage.
EOT tap {krenko mob boss} for five tokens.
untap. tap Krenko for 10 tokens. let the stingscorger die. play {bogart shenanigans}. Swing at you with five 2/2 tokens, 2/2 {goblin arsonist}, and 2/2 {goblin bushwhacker}.
if no shenanigans, pass with two mana up.
