I hope I was clear in my post there that I think jokes in poor taste at this time...even if I think they are funny, there is a time and place for jokes and its not here and now.
That is giving him the benefit of the doubt, which may be giving him too much credit in this case.

So I'm not sure if any of you are still on the app...I have kept the discussion alive in discussion and in trials there, since piotr refuses to adress Abstract's complaints. Any thoughts if I should give up and let him win? I hate that he would win by simply staying silent and ignoring/belittling legitimate complaints.

I fully support your determination to try and get Piotr to respond or get properly punished, but I must remind you that he is above the law. Since most of the other people who care enough to confront him about it have already left iMtG, I doubt you'll be able to get very far in attracting people's attention. Thank you for persisting in the prosecution, though. I'll pm a mod and ask them to render a verdict, which should be guilty since Piotr has not defended himself to my charges, even though there's no hope of punishment.

I'm not going to discuss the mob any more, let me just say that Agrus and Mike already apologised and I accepted.
I would love to see a proof with logic that I broke the law, petition is not a proof, you cannot vote truth, you prove truth. Logic is the ultimate law.
If I see the proof, I'm happy to serve 10 days ban, but I do not see it.

Well I think I'm done on that thread....I wanted to get an actual response, and I did....it was much worse than I hoped and even a little worse than I expected. But I was not spamming to be a troll, just to force the issue into the light. I don't want to abandon the app, if only that I want new players to know not to trust piotr, but I don't want to waste my time forever anoying people

Well, I am done fighting the good fight. The "trial" had a resolution in that the mods and community either a-think Piotr was within his rights, b-forgive him without him having made an appology, or c-don't care. You can read it all on the trials page on the old app.
