Rasser, the wording on yours is a bitch and is being murdered by the character limit
the concept is that you boost your self with your +2 to stock up on the darksteel counters to stay indestructible while getting those etherium counters
then start passing out darksteel counters to creatures you don't want dead
then drop etherium counters on the creatures to ramp, that last ability is "{T}: add mana to your mana pool equal to this creatures mana cost" so a creature with a casting cost of {2}{U}{U} would add that to your pool.
YOU MUST HAVE THE COUNTERS on your walker before you can hand them out to your creatures
also, the indestructability prevents your walker from loosing loyalty counters to damage (this might need to be reworded if this becomes an issue) the point is to let him sit and ignore creatures
